What you will be doing:
The Territory Sales Manager will exhibit executive-level administrative, marketing, and influencing abilities in addition to being in charge of our clients. As a field/outside residential salesperson, you will build relationships with customers over the phone and in person. They will offer top-notch customer service and product expertise to boost partnerships and revenue growth. This role provides valuable solutions to dealers, distributors, and contractors. Through their actions, this person is in charge of cascading our Customer Solutions Business Strategy.
Must Have:
It is preferred to have a bachelor's or associate's degree in a related discipline.
Capacity to function with a high level of professionalism and autonomy
Preferably two years of experience working as a sales and/or service associate in the HVAC or a related field
Strong familiarity with HVAC goods, procedures, services, clients, and decision-makers is ideal.
Required are a current state driver's license and a clean driving record.
Skills related to connectivity, communication, presentation, organization, and strategic planning
Recognize margin and P&L and learn how to achieve unmatched success in these domains.
Capable of visiting multiple states and cities, even spending the night
Excellent performance-based judgment coupled with a track record of creating relationships and leading
