Position Overview: We are a full-service accounting firm poised for rapid growth. We are looking for our next Tax Manager to grow with us and eventually become a Director. If you are passionate about providing top level service to your clients, you are interested in developing your own book of business and have a desire to advance to a Director (Partner) role, then our Tax Manager position is one you should consider. This is an in-person job in our Tucson, AZ location.
We are seeking a dynamic, motivated Tax Manager for our Tucson office. As a Tax Manager, you will provide a wide variety of tax services to our clients, offering you an opportunity to work on challenging and varying projects. You will utilize your accounting education and prior experience to assist in all stages of an engagement or project, providing guidance and mentoring to staff.
We desire a Tax Manager with exceptional technology and leadership skills, a candidate who is extremely savvy with ProSystems, Practice Management (or similar billing and client management software) and client portals.
