Title: Construction Superintendent- Residential
Location: Atlanta, GA
Salary: $80k-$120k DOE + Comprehensive Benefits, PTO, 401k w/ Match
Requirements: 5+ years of Construction Experience. At least 2 years of recent experience in Residential Construction. High End, Custom Residential Construction ($5M+ homes) is highly preferred.

We are a high-end residential home builder based in Atlanta. We pride ourselves in completing unique, custom high end homes of $5M - $20M in value. We are family owned business and truly treat each employee as own of our own. We are looking for a Superintendent to invest in for the longhaul, and offer industry leading benefits (below) to find the best talent.
At this time, we are looking to hire a Superintendent that has residential construction experience and either experience in, or interest in building High End, custom built homes. Ideal candidates will be living in, or open to relocation to the Atlanta area.
