Position Overview
The Product & Brand Marketing Specialist will play a critical role in developing and executing strategies that elevate our brand presence and drive product adoption. This position requires a creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and bridging the gap between product development and marketing to help drive revenue growth & brand engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches related to trucks and off-road vehicle accessories.
Create compelling narratives and content to communicate product features and benefits effectively.
Manage and execute 360 brand campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring brand consistency and resonance with target audiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and creative to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
Track and report on campaign performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in product marketing or brand management
Track record of driving revenue + brand awareness for off road/truck/Jeep accessories.
Proven experience in developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies and 360 brand campaigns.
Excellent storytelling and content creation skills, with a knack for engaging diverse audiences.
Analytical mindset with experience in assessing and interpreting market data to drive decision-making.
