Because of our growth, we are looking for a Project Manager to help drive some of our current & upcoming Higher Education, Elem, K-12 & Municipal Projects. (reach out to see what they are)
If you have experience with Higher Education, Educational or Municipal project experience, we would love to bring you on.
Responsibilities
Developing detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules.
Creating budgets and managing project costs.
Procuring necessary materials, equipment, and labor.
Coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other specialists.
Selecting and managing subcontractors.
Overseeing daily construction activities and ensuring adherence to schedules.
Managing risks and addressing problems that arise.
Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
Keeping clients informed about project progress and addressing their concerns.
Reporting project progress and financial status to clients and stakeholders.
Ensuring that all work is completed to the required quality standards.
Monitoring compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
Conducting quality assurance inspections and submitting reports.
Qualifications
-5yrs of Recent Project Management Experience within a Ground Up, General Contractor
-Recent Ground Up Construction Experience on Education, Higher Education, Commercial, Municipal, & Industrial
-Procore Cert or Equal Experience
-OSHA 30
-Thorough understanding and proficient use of project management software or similar software
-Ability to create a complex schedule using Microsoft Project or similar software.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
-Demonstrates excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills both written and verbal
