We are a boutique accounting firm located in Louisville, Kentucky. We have been in business for over 50 years and are committed to providing the best financial services to our clients. Due to growth, we are eager to add an Internal Project Coordinator to our team of professionals.

- Helps team manage flow of moving parts by tracking projects, keeping the team on task to deliver work on time and inform leadership of statuses.
- Assist internal or external IT teams with evaluating, selecting, implementing new technologies and training staff. Focused on helping the team consistently become better.
- Ensure the firm's overall strategic plan is upheld. Assign responsibilities for action items, ensure deadlines are met. Process improvement initiatives, gather feedback after initial implementation, to help with continuous improvement.
- Gradually assist with HR activities (onboarding, training of employees, coaching, mentorship opportunities.)
- General administrative duties (ordering of supplies, monitoring administrative inbox, billing as needed). Other duties as required
- Bachelors or Associates preferred
- High volume environment, project management experience
- Scheduling, task delegation, organization, communication skills
- Project management software, Microsoft suite experience
