Position Overview
We are an employee-owned design firm, we've been in business for over 50 years and now have over 500 employees.
We specialize in Healthcare, Education, and Community & Cultural centers.
The PIC Community & Culture role is designed to foster a vibrant community that embodies our organizational values and enhances the overall culture within our company. The individual in this position will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that strengthen community engagement and promote cultural initiatives.
