Job Title: Owner's Authorized Representative II (OAR II)
Location: Onsite - Los Angeles, CA
Salary: $170,000 - $180,000 annually

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Owner's Authorized Representative II (OAR II) to work onsite in Los Angeles, CA.
Lead and manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
Monitor and report on project progress, budget, and scheduling to senior leadership.
Coordinate with public agencies, district teams, and project stakeholders.
Review and respond to contractor submittals, RFIs, and change order proposals.
Ensure adherence to project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Administer professional service agreements and oversee delivery of fixtures, furniture, and equipment.
Manage project certification with the Division of the State Architect (DSA) and financial closeout.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
Bachelor's degree in any field + ability to earn a CCM credential within one year
20+ years of construction/project management experience + CCM credential within one year
Current Certified Construction Manager (CCM) credential
15+ years of full-time professional experience in construction/project management
5+ years managing complex projects valued at over $20M
Certified Architect or Professional Engineer in California
CCM certification by CMCI
Experience with Design-Build, BIM, LEED/CHPS, and DSA processes
OSHA 30 safety certification
