What You Will Be Doing

Mechanical design of single- and multi-family, low- and high-rise residential HVAC systems
Generate detailed mechanical design drawings in AutoCAD for construction documentation of mechanical systems for bidding and construction
Prepare Construction Documents in AutoCAD

What You Need for this Position

Must Have Skills:

3+ years in mechanical HVAC design
Experience in Manual J, S, and D calculations for residential construction
Proficient in AutoCAD design
Experience in Elite or Wrightsoft software

Preferred Skills:

BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent comparative experience
