Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and ambitious Litigation Associate Attorney to join our growing litigation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation, exceptional legal research and writing skills, and a passion for advocacy. Responsibilities:
-Handle a variety of complex litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
-Represent clients in state and federal courts, mediations, and arbitrations.
-Conduct legal research and prepare detailed memoranda.
-Provide strategic advice to clients, ensuring effective case management and resolution.
-Attend and participate in hearings, depositions, and trials as needed.
-Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and provide high-quality legal counsel.
-Manage a caseload with a focus on client service, attention to detail, and deadlines.
Qualifications:
-Juris Doctor (JD) degree
-Admission to the State Bar of Georgia.
-2+ years of litigation experience, including civil litigation, motions practice, and discovery.
-Strong legal research, writing, and oral communication skills.
-Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines.
-Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
-Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and commitment to professional development.
