Position Overview: We are a midsize labor and employment firm and we are looking for a Labor and Employment Attorney to join our team in Orange County. We are looking for someone who has experience litigating labor and employment cases. The successful candidate will develop strategies to resolve labor and employment disputes, draft, review, and negotiate labor and employment contracts, and provide guidance on labor and employment matters.
Key Responsibilities:
-Advise clients on various labor and employment law matters, including labor and employment contracts, wage and hour laws, workplace safety, discrimination, and termination processes.
-Analyze labor and employment laws to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
-Draft, review, and negotiate labor and employment contracts.
-Represent clients in labor and employment disputes before state and federal courts and tribunals.
-Monitor labor and employment changes and advise clients on new regulations and laws.
-Develop strategies to resolve labor and employment disputes.
Qualifications:
-Juris Doctor from an accredited school
-Active License in California with good standing
-3+ years of experience working in labor and employment law
-Familiarity with labor and employment laws and regulations.
-Strong written and verbal communication
