Insurance Defense Attorney
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Insurance Defense Attorney to join our clients legal team. The successful candidate will focus on providing legal representation to insurance companies and their insured clients in a variety of litigation matters. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to effectively advocate for our clients' interests.
This position requires someone to handle Insurance defense matters for any or all the following areas: Transportation, Habitability, Premises Liability, Construction Defect.
This person needs to have a strong background in litigating these matters with equally strong writing skills, and command of civil procedure.
