Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in both residential and commercial settings. The technician will ensure that all systems operate efficiently and effectively while adhering to safety regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities

Install new HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties.
Perform regular maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment and systems as needed.
Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and recommend solutions.
Manage team members during HVAC projects and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and equipment serviced.
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree in HVAC preferred.
Proven experience as an HVAC Technician with hands-on expertise in HVAC installation and maintenance.
EPA Certification is required.
NATE certification is preferred.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, both residential and commercial.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair various HVAC equipment.
Excellent team management and communication skills.
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment.
