Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Assembly Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical panels and systems. This position is essential for ensuring that our products meet high-quality standards and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble and wire electrical panels according to specifications and schematics.
Conduct testing of electrical systems and components to ensure proper functionality.
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in products and systems.
Perform machine wiring and panel assembly tasks as needed.
Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to optimize assembly processes.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
Document assembly processes and update records to ensure accurate tracking of projects.

Qualifications

5+ years of electrical panel/machine wiring experience
Ability to read electrical and pneumatic schematics
Experience with wire number labeling
Field wiring of motors, sensors, VFD's, servo motors, pneumatic valves, e-stops and HMI's
Experience with 24VAC as well as higher voltage 240/480VAC
