Qualified candidates must be prepared to handle cases from inception through trial, including drafting discovery pleadings and motions, and taking and defending depositions. Strong record of academic achievement, proven writing skills and a talent for advocacy in the courtroom are minimum requirements. Attorneys must be licensed to practice in New York State.
