Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business challenges and providing solutions that add value. Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve targets.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and threats. Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools. Qualifications: Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in technology or software solutions. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively. Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with AI technology, voice assistants, and no-code automation platforms is a plus. Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to understand and address client needs effectively. Self-Motivated: Highly motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Compensation: This is a commission-only position with no benefits.
